In this senior role, you will ensure the smooth running of our IT infrastructure and contribute your expert knowledge to the further development of our systems and networks. You will be the main point of contact for complex technical issues and will reliably deliver key IT projects.

The role can be based either at our site in 19258 Boizenburg or at our workspace in 20099 Hamburg.

• Responsibility for the stable, secure and efficient operation of the entire IT infrastructure, including the telephone system, across the whole plant
• Provision of specialist 2nd/3rd-level support, as well as the delivery of targeted user and software training
• Strategic advice and comprehensive support for the group of companies on all IT-related matters

• Responsible management of user rights and control of automated

• Monitoring, performance optimisation, and the setup, configuration and security of LAN/WAN networks, firewalls and other security systems
• Active involvement and shared responsibility in IT projects, including the planning, implementation and full documentation of IT solutions

• A completed qualification as an IT specialist in system integration (m/f/d) or an equivalent, well-founded qualification – supplemented by several years’ professional experience at an expert level
• Proven extensive experience in the administration and further development of modern Microsoft technologies and complex IT infrastructures
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, Exchange and Office 365
• Excellent command of German and, ideally, a good command of English
