The first toffee rolled off the production line in January 2004. Since then, we have been producing 4,000 tons of delicious caramel products at Toffee Tec, whether creamy cream toffee, chocolate toffee or delicious caramel sauces.

Accounting, controlling, project planning – these are no foreign words for Ragolds Management Service. As a service provider for precisely these topics, we support other companies.
And how do different, small mini bags get into a large bag so that there is always a good mix? How is an advent calendar actually made from various products such as gummy bears, lollies and other sweet treats? Our 45 employees know exactly how. Because at our Sweet Pack Tec packaging plant, we specialize in precisely these topics.
Our history
"I grew up with candy in my mouth..."
This is how our story begins. Because our company founder Oliver Schindler made a very courageous decision in 2002: the succession of his parents’ business, which was also active in the confectionery industry, unfortunately failed. Or fortunately, if you look at everything. So he sold his house and used the money and subsidies to set up his first company in 2002: our Toffee Tec, which specializes in caramel toffees and caramel mass. 4 years later, he then set up Sweet Tec on a greenfield site – now one of the most modern production facilities for confectionery in Europe. Sweets, lollies, fruit gums and chewy sweets are produced here.
