Your tasks
- Preparing the production facilities and ensuring a smooth manufacturing process
- Monitoring of raw materials, parameters and fill levels during ongoing production
- Control of our Mogul machines for producing perfect fruit jellies
- Carrying out quality controls and analyses of raw materials and finished products
- Ensuring that only faultless products are processed further
- Documentation of relevant production and process data
- Compliance with and implementation of HACCP standards and hygiene regulations
Qualifications
- Completed training as a food technology specialist, confectionery technologist, chef, baker (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
- Alternatively: Several years’ experience in food production
- Technical understanding and a meticulous, quality-conscious approach to work
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Resistance to higher temperatures and production conditions (e.g. flour dust)
- Good written and spoken German
- Ability to work as part of a team and a sense of responsibility
