• Preparing the production facilities and ensuring a smooth manufacturing process
• Monitoring of raw materials, parameters and fill levels during ongoing production
• Control of our Mogul machines for producing perfect fruit jellies
• Carrying out quality controls and analyses of raw materials and finished products
• Ensuring that only faultless products are processed further
• Documentation of relevant production and process data
• Compliance with and implementation of HACCP standards and hygiene regulations    

• Completed training as a food technology specialist, confectionery technologist, chef, baker (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
• Alternatively: Several years’ experience in food production
• Technical understanding and a meticulous, quality-conscious approach to work
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Resistance to higher temperatures and production conditions (e.g. flour dust)
• Good written and spoken German
• Ability to work as part of a team and a sense of responsibility
