In this varied role, you’ll ensure production runs smoothly, provide technical support to your team and actively contribute to the further development of our plant and processes.

Salary: 45,000–56,000 euros per year

• Operation, monitoring and control of production plant
• Continuous monitoring of machine parameters to ensure product quality, process reliability and compliance with production specifications
• Carrying out set-up and format changes, as well as identifying and rectifying machine faults
• Analysis of technical vulnerabilities and collaboration on the long-term resolution of faults
• Support with maintenance, servicing and repair work
• Contributing to technical optimisations to improve plant availability and efficiency
• Providing specialist support to staff on technical, quality and process-related issues
• Involvement in technical projects, refurbishments and the commissioning of new plant equipment
• Involvement in the preparation of maintenance schedules

• Completed technical vocational training, e.g. as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, electronics technician, plant mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Several years’ professional experience in a technical field, ideally within a manufacturing company
• Willingness to work a three-shift system
• Flexibility and commitment in tackling ever-changing technical challenges
• Ideally, you will already have experience in the technical coordination of teams, as well as a motivating and appreciative approach to working with staff
