• Leading, guiding and motivating a team of around 20 production staff
• Building on our positive team culture through clear communication, conflict resolution and fostering a sense of togetherness
• Standing in for the shift supervisor and other team leaders when they are absent
• Ensuring compliance with all quality, hygiene and safety standards
• Analysis of weaknesses and optimisation of production and cleaning processes
• Monitoring, controlling and documenting production processes
• Operational support during staff shortages caused by holidays or illness

• Several years’ management experience in an industrial production environment
• Strong leadership skills, assertiveness and a sense of responsibility
• A completed vocational qualification in an industrial setting or substantial practical experience in similar fields
• Ideally, experience in the food industry
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
