Quality, transparency and reliable processes are our top priorities. To further strengthen our Specifications department, we are looking for someone to take on the responsibility of managing and developing our supplier and product specifications.

• Management, maintenance and ongoing updating of documentation relating to supplier specifications
• Handling and responding to customer enquiries and specific customer requirements
• Central point of contact (m/f/d) for all specification-related enquiries – both internal and external
• Preparation, support and conduct of internal and external audits
• Involvement in the qualification, evaluation and approval of suppliers
• Support and active involvement in projects relating to specifications

• Completed training as a laboratory technician (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification, with further study in the natural sciences or a related field.
• Initial experience in auditing – preferably in the field of quality assurance or specification management – is an advantage
• Ideally, you will have specialist knowledge of food production and/or food quality
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is desirable
• Good written and spoken German, and ideally a knowledge of English

• Working remotely for up to two days a week, or alternatively at the Hamburg workspace
