• Leading and developing a team of around 20 staff members
  – including motivating them and communicating with them as equals
• Strengthening a cooperative team culture >- in which cooperation, clarity and mutual support are emphasized
• Acting on behalf of the shift supervisors and team leaders in the packaging/manufacturing departments when necessary
• Responsibility for ensuring compliance with all quality, hygiene and safety standards
• Analysis and optimisation of production and cleaning processes to continuously improve efficiency and product quality
• Monitoring, documenting and controlling ongoing production processes
• Practical support for machine operators (m/f/d) during staff shortages

• Several years of proven disciplinary management experience in an industrial production environment
• Clear, solution-focused communication and the ability to handle challenging situations with confidence
• Completed technical or vocational training, or equivalent professional experience
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Desirable: experience in food processing or confectionery production
