Picking Line Supervisor (m/f/d)

Sweet Pack Tec GmbH, along with other companies, is part of our so-called Bonbonfabrik, which, after 22 years of existence, is now rapidly developing and growing with almost 800 employees. As a sustainably operating family business, fruit gums, sweets, lollipops, toffees and vegan products are manufactured in state-of-the-art production facilities in the Hamburg metropolitan region. The company Sweet Pack Tec GmbH is a pure packaging company. This is where our delicious sweets are packed into their colorful bags and jars every day.

As a Line Supervisor (m/f/d), you will be responsible for a picking or packaging line and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You will pitch in yourself and serve as the primary point of contact for your team of six employees on the line.

• Timely processing of orders
• Leading, motivating, and guiding (new) employees on the packing lines
• Support for quality improvement
• You are actively involved in order picking and packing
• Preparation of shift reports (daily reports) and smooth shift handoffs
• Compliance with regulations, occupational safety, and quality standards

• Initial experience in managing technical staff
• Preferably, work experience in order picking / order fulfillment
• You have a knack for organization and work in a structured manner
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel; basic knowledge of SAP is a plus
