If you have experience operating machinery in a food production environment or have completed an apprenticeship as a food technology specialist (m/f/d), chef (m/f/d), pastry chef (m/f/d) or baker (m/f/d), then apply now for the role of Mogul operator (m/f/d) in our fruit jelly production department.

• Operation, control and monitoring of our Mogul production lines for fruit jellies
• Ensuring that production runs smoothly on the production line
• Monitoring of parameters, raw materials and stock levels during ongoing production
• Carrying out quality checks directly at the Mogul plant
• Identifying and rectifying minor faults in the production process
• Compliance with hygiene, safety and HACCP requirements
• Documentation of relevant production data

• Completed training as a machine and plant operator, food technology specialist (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
• Alternatively: Work experience in industrial food production
• Technical understanding and a meticulous approach to work
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Resistance to higher temperatures and production conditions (e.g. flour dust)
• Ability to work as part of a team and a sense of responsibility
