As a Junior IT Systems Administrator (m/f/d), you can expect an environment where you’ll gradually take on a variety of tasks, learn from experienced colleagues and play an active part in shaping our vibrant IT world within the Bonbon family.

Your tasks
- You will help to ensure the stable, secure and efficient operation of the IT infrastructure – including the telephone system
- In the ticketing system, you will handle first- and second-level support tasks and take part in targeted user training and software training sessions
- You will act as a service-oriented point of contact for internal IT matters at the sweet factory
- In the event of faults in the terminal server environment of the time-recording systems, you will carry out analyses and assist with the long-term resolution of the issues
- Assistance with the installation, configuration, operation and monitoring of the hardware and software components of the PC workstations, as well as Windows applications
- In addition, you will help manage user permissions and assist with automatic system updates and backups
- Involvement in monitoring, as well as in basic configurations and security measures for LAN/WAN networks, firewalls and other security systems
- Active involvement in IT projects – including support with the planning, implementation and documentation of IT solutions
Qualifications
- A completed qualification as an IT specialist in system integration (m/f/d) or a comparable basic qualification – initial practical experience in system administration would be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of administering modern Microsoft technologies, as well as an interest in developing your skills in IT infrastructure
- Initial experience or a solid grounding in Active Directory, Windows Server, Exchange and Microsoft 365
- Excellent command of German and – ideally – a basic knowledge of English
