As Head of In-House Logistics (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the operational management of our intralogistics, developing your team and actively helping to shape processes. You will ensure that the flow of goods and materials runs smoothly, that standards are maintained, and that we improve a little every day – today, tomorrow and in the future.

€55,000 – €65,000< 1 >gross per year

• Leadership, development and motivation of staff and trainees
• Responsibility for staff deployment planning, holiday planning and task allocation
• Ensuring efficient processes in goods-in, goods-out, warehousing and internal logistics
• Organisation, coordination and monitoring of logistical processes using SAP
• Ensuring high stock quality and stock reliability
• Organisation and conduct of stock-taking exercises
• Planning and organising training courses, induction sessions and skills development programmes
• Responsibility for issuing transport orders and training industrial truck operators (m/f/d)
• Management of waste disposal and coordination of transport and container changes
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety, quality and environmental standards
• Responsibility for pallet management and stock coverage
• Management of the fleet of industrial trucks, including maintenance and service management
• Optimisation of the interfaces between logistics, production, quality assurance, production planning and sales
• Contributing to the further development of logistics standards and processes
• Analysis of weaknesses, and the development and monitoring of relevant logistics indicators

• You have a university degree, a master craftsman’s or technician’s qualification specialising in logistics, or an equivalent qualification, and have several years’ experience in logistics, ideally having already held a line management role overseeing more than 30 staff members
• Your expertise in logistics processes enables you to act quickly and efficiently, even when faced with changing challenges
• You work with the latest communication tools and are familiar with the relevant Office applications and SAP
• You have strong communication skills, are a decision-maker and implement processes in a structured manner

• Permanent, non-collective-agreement-based position
