• Supervision of approximately 20 machine operators
• Coordination of pre-production tasks
• Participation in continuous improvement processes and monitoring of plant engineering
• Promoting the professional development of the team and training specialist staff (m/f/d)
• Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness in accordance with the specified food safety standards
• Supervision and conduct of packaging tests, including documentation
• Close cooperation with team leaders, shift supervisors and neighbouring departments

• Completed training in a technical trade
• Experience as a foreman/forewoman in an industrial company or in a similar role
• Willingness to work shifts
• A structured, reliable and responsible approach to work
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
