• You prepare the equipment and ensure that each batch of fruit-flavoured gummy is made exactly to the recipe
• You keep an eye on raw materials, stock levels and parameters – so that production runs smoothly at all times
• You’ll be in charge of the Mogul and will ensure that every batch is turned into neatly shaped fruit jellies
• You will inspect raw materials and finished products, carry out analyses and ensure that only the highest quality materials are used in further processing
• You document the key steps in the process – accurately and reliably
• You pay attention to the HACCP concept and ensure maximum cleanliness and quality

• For example, you have completed a vocational training programme as a food technology specialist / confectionery technologist (m/f/d) or have several years’ experience in food production
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• No problems with warmer temperatures and flour dust (corn flour)
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
