Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

Confectionery is the core business of RAGOLDS GmbH, an expanding, internationally active family-run company. In Boizenburg, near Hamburg, exciting product and marketing concepts for the sale of confectionery both at home and abroad are developed and implemented with great creativity and flat hierarchies.

The role can be based either at our site in 19258 Boizenburg or at our workspace in 20099 Hamburg.

• A point of contact for our national and international clients – with expertise, empathy and a willingness to listen
• Preparing quotations and cost estimates, and overseeing ongoing projects through to successful completion
• Close collaboration with internal departments – to ensure a smooth flow of information and maximum customer satisfaction
• Master data maintenance for new and existing customers
• Processing customer enquiries and documents; managing customer portals
• Coordination and support for projects, trade fair preparations and product updates, working closely with the marketing team

• A completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on sales, e.g. as an industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d)
• Extensive experience in customer service
• Excellent communication skills and a confident manner when dealing with customers
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Confident use of MS Office
• Good knowledge of SAP
