Our philosophy
Our corporate philosophy shapes the thoughts and actions of our more than 600 employees in the candy factory. We believe that the individual is just as important as the big picture. This also means: responsibility for everyone and trust in everyone.
Our "we" culture
An important part of our philosophy is characterized by our “we” culture, because togetherness makes us as strong, innovative and flexible as we are. We meet each other in an open dialog, without hierarchical thinking and, by the way, without “you” pressure. Responsible managers lead with both social and professional competence. And with fair communication that lets everyone have their say and listens to everyone.
The company’s own social network provides a quick and uncomplicated way of communicating. The latest company news is thus immediately accessible to all employees.
We are always on the move
Neither our wheels nor our employees stand still. “Always keep moving” is a motto that applies to us both in the workplace and beyond. Because the well-being of our employees is just as important to us as the successes we achieve together, we create appropriate framework conditions.
To ensure that body and mind feel good, there are, for example:

Dealing fairly with one another
We want to be “different from all the others” as an employer. That is why we give our employees the opportunity to grow within the company and fill vacancies primarily from our own ranks.
To ensure this, we have a professional training system and selection process that ensures that employees with a high level of commitment are given the opportunity to be considered for more advanced positions in the company. We create working time and framework conditions that enable our employees to combine work, family and leisure time as far as possible – insofar as this is feasible in shift work.
