Machine Operator (m/f/d) Food Production

Alongside other companies, Toffee Tec GmbH is part of our so-called Bonbonfabrik, which, after 22 years of existence, is now rapidly developing and growing with almost 800 employees. As a sustainable family business, fruit gums, sweets, lollipops, toffees and vegan products are manufactured in state-of-the-art production facilities in the Hamburg metropolitan region. The company Toffee Tec GmbH is a real caramel factory. Over 4 tons of delicious caramel products are produced here every day, whether creamy cream toffee, chocolate-coated toffee or caramel sauces.

• Preparing our toffees and sauces according to a specified recipe
• Setting up and operating our manufacturing equipment
• Monitoring the entire cooking process
• Maintaining production logs
• Compliance with hygiene regulations and requirements

• Ideally, you have completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator, a food technology specialist, or a confectionery technologist (m/f/d)
• Alternatively, you have several years of experience operating production machinery
• Working in shifts (2–3 shifts) doesn’t bother you
• No problems with warmer temperatures and flour dust (corn flour)
