Line Supervisor (m/f/d) – Chewy Sweeties Wrapping Department

Do you want to take on responsibility and play an active role in shaping processes? As a line manager (m/f/d) in the winding department, you’ll work closely with production, lead your team and ensure quality, efficiency and smooth operations.

• Active involvement in the ongoing development and optimisation of process technologies and products
• Supporting, guiding and motivating staff in the chewy sweet wrapping department
• Ensuring consistent compliance with all relevant regulations, in particular hygiene requirements and work and operating instructions
• Structured planning, organisation and execution of all preparatory tasks
• Supervision and execution of packaging trials, including the documentation of all relevant process parameters
• Continuous optimisation of work processes with the help of neighbouring departments
• Support for the training of skilled workers (m/f/d)

• You already have several years’ experience in operating packaging machines
• Several years’ experience in managing specialist staff
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
