In this management position, you will be responsible for a modern and efficient IT landscape while also ensuring the information security of our group of companies. With your technical expertise and leadership skills, you will shape the structure, stability and further development of our IT systems and ensure that infrastructure, processes and security work together seamlessly.

• Technical responsibility for all IT systems and processes within the group of companies
• Leading your team
• Continuous strengthening of IT security and development of a resilient IT infrastructure in line with NIS2 and current security standards

• Analysis, optimisation and standardisation of IT processes to improve service, efficiency and performance

• Collaborating with various departments to understand technical requirements and provide solutions
• Planning, management and control of the IT budget and human and technical resources
• Disciplinary management of the IT team and coordination of all IT activities

• Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, information technology or a similar field!
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in the IT environment
• Experience in leading and developing IT teams and in managing external IT service providers
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructures, networks, system architectures and cloud environments
• Understanding of legal requirements for IT systems, particularly with regard to GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001, IT Security Act and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with IT service management standards (e.g. ITIL) and governance structures
• Knowledge of project management (classical and agile), ideally with relevant
• Certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, SCRUM)
• Strong analytical thinking skills and solution-oriented approach in complex situations
• Strong communication skills, combined with assertiveness and persuasiveness
• Strong ability to collaborate across departments
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
