Dispatcher (m/f/d) Purchasing

When others lose track, you stay in control? As a Scheduler (m/f/d) in Purchasing, you will take care of on-time procurement and ensure an optimal flow of materials in our Bonbonfabrik!

• Disposition & material planning: Demand-oriented ordering of raw materials, packaging and auxiliary materials
• Order processing: Monitoring of orders – from inquiry to goods receipt
• Supplier management: control of contract quantities, preparation of purchasing negotiations
• Invoice verification & data maintenance: checking and entering invoices, maintaining purchasing-relevant data in SAP
• Inventory management & complaints: Transfers, inventory preparation, support with complaints

• Completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d)
• At least 2 years of professional experience in industrial purchasing
• SAP know-how and confident use of MS Office
• Good knowledge of English
