• You create a colourful shopping experience: with your creative design of the sales area and new ideas for sales promotion (product presentation, promotions, offer ideas, advertising opportunities), you ensure that our customers are delighted every time.
• Keeping our factory outlet in top condition: stocking shelves, preparing our second-choice products, ensuring cleanliness and correct price labelling are part of your daily work.
• You are our face on site: friendly customer service and support as well as communication with our external suppliers are also part of your responsibilities.
• Cash register processes Responsibility: Carrying out cashier transactions and the subsequent proper administration of cash register processes
• You keep track of external deliveries: in the SAP system, you process orders, goods receipts, invoice verification and posting.
• Inspection and documentation: checking incoming goods (items, quantity, best-before date) and preparing and carrying out stocktakes
• You lend a hand: picking customer orders and, if necessary, preparing them for dispatch.

• Completed training as a retail salesperson (m/f/d) or comparable training
• Alternatively, you may already have relevant professional experience in the retail sector – preferably in the food industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a high degree of initiative
• Flexibility and team spirit
• Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
• Ideally, you will already have some experience with SAP (not essential).
